There was never a public holiday in the middle of the week so far. Soo Ann stayed with us for the pass week and will be with us for the next. The day off gave us some time in the to chill out and have some fun in the middle of the week. WE woke up fairly early i would say, and left to Sorelle's for coffee at lunch time~! haha...mainly because they will be close at 2pm and we really wanted to have coffee there.
I had been thinking about making muffins for a long time now. Not just any muffins, but muffins that would puff up and look like they are sooooo full that they will EXPLODE anytime!!! That EXTACT muffins that IZZIE STEVENS made to mask her grief when her boyfren died in Grey's Anatomy.
So yea, I started making them right after our long coffee session. *so much to talk about...*
Oh btw,...it was banana choc chip muffins I made... there were 6 among the 15 muffins which had nuttella fillings.
I was about to kill someone with that mixer...!!
